Job summary About the role: Diary Management: Coordinate schedules and appointments for the EMT, ensuring they are always in the right place at the right time. Board and Committee Support: Prepare agendas, templates, and reading packs; capture accurate minutes and action logs. Travel Arrangements: Organise travel, transport, and accommodation for the EMT. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events, including Leadership Conferences and Colleague Awards. Record Management: Maintain holiday records, on-call listings, and other logs. Expense Management: Collate and file expenses for the EMT and wider colleague population. Compliance Support: Ensure compliance of colleague records, maintain structure charts & undertake audits of professional memberships.
