The Position
We are offering an experienced Car Sales Manager the rare opportunity of joining the Richmond Motor Group at the management level. The main responsibilities of the Car Sales Manager position will be to deliver the financial budget of the department through maximising sales opportunities and effective cost control. Achieve both manufacturer registration and used car targets as set by the group’s Head of Sales, whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ensure the sales department is compliant with the company’s core processes and lead management standards, and oversee the coaching and development of the sales department.

* Department Direct Profit vs Budget
* Enquiry levels, conversion ratios
* Performance vs registration and unit objectives
* Franchise and other independent consumer review provider’s customer satisfaction scores
* Renewals
* Maintaining agreed new and used stock levels and stock turn
* Brand standards compliance
