Full Drivers licence required (as travel between sites may be needed)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (including weekend cover as part
of a 7-day support structure)

What You’ll Do
As
a Systems Support team member, you’ll ensure that our systems run at peak efficiency.
You will:
* Provide Technical Support to our park locations and central office,
ensuring seamless system operations
* Maintain EPOS and Transactional Systems for optimal performance
* Resolve Second-Line Support Issues, collaborating with
external vendors as needed
* Deploy and Manage Hardware, ensuring smooth transitions for end-users
* Test and Launch New Software and System Releases, guaranteeing a smooth
rollout
* Maintain Data Security Compliance and assist with internal
audits
* Collaborate with Teams to identify opportunities for improved process and performance.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re
seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives on solving
problems and supporting others. You’ll have:
* Ability to understand and configure systems
* Strong problem-solving and prioritisation capabilities
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train
end-users effectively
* Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and networking
* A methodical, process-driven mindset with keen attention to
detail
Preferred Skills
* Familiarity with a range of systems (e.g, EPOS, PMS, ERP)
would be an advantage
* Understanding of IT and data security
* Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar industry
