About the role
The Finance & Payroll Manager will be responsible for monthly payroll and managing a small enthusiastic Finance team. They will provide operational support and motivational leadership to the Finance Officers and assist the Head of Finance in delivering and developing an efficient finance function for a growing and expanding organisation.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference and shares our values. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working within an accounting role, particularly in running payroll and managing the financial accounts function.
They will be resourceful, patient, and have a proactive approach to self-management, prioritising and delegating tasks.
Key skills for a Finance & Payroll Manager include excellent leadership skills to inspire and ensure the efficient running of the Finance department, as well as networking skills to build effective working relationships with Operational and Senior Management.
