Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Customer Interactions – Own customer inquiries, providing expert support on sales, order processing, and issue resolution.
2. Advanced Pricing & Order Management – Handle pricing requests, renewals, and adjustments while managing the entire order lifecycle from entry to shipment.
3. Problem Solving & Process Improvement – Identify and resolve challenges efficiently while driving workflow enhancements for a smoother customer experience.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and top-tier service.
5. Customer Experience Excellence – Manage escalations with professionalism, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Proven experience in high-volume customer support with fluency in German.
2. Strong expertise in order management, pricing, and CRM systems.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyse and report data effectively.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
