* Access to South London offices – circa 2-3 times per week.
* Base to £60k (NEG) with bonus and package including corporate benefits.
This role will act as the lynchpin between all departments, to facilitate the delivery of revenue targets, while analysing trends, improving processes, working cross functionally and acting as the sales enabler to deliver on both the revenue targets and sales excellence.

Requirements
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Mandatory:
* Extensive experience in Sales Operations within the MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT
The experience can be in a traditional Sales Operations position (Manufacturing) OR in Sales Leadership position (Within Medical Device or Pharmaceutical space) where change management and process improvement has been key to the role…
* Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g., PPT, Excel, pivot tables)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Proven track records in project management (sales & marketing scope).
* Excellent communications skills.
* Excellent relationship building skills having developed and sustained meaningful professional relationships with relevant external and internal groups.
* Experienced in change management
Desirable:
* Experience launching and establishing Sales Operations in an organisation
* Experience in Sales Operations within a regulated manufacturing business
