Overview What You'll Be Doing To be effective in this role, you will provide deep product knowledge and support for our in house system Evolve, providing analysis to our development team on bugs and issues, end user support, testing and support the delivery of releases. Responsibilities How You'll Be Doing It Act as a key Evolve Platform representative, collaborating with the Solus development team and peers. Working with stakeholders on the strategy of Evolve and provide daily support. Raise concerns, risks and cyber incidents to the IT leadership team. Train business users and create training documentation Supporting Test Manager in testing and releases. Ensuring processes are documented and followed. Maintain excellent relationships with Evolve and users and 3rd party suppliers. Seek exposure to insurers and other industries to share learning; attend key industry events and forums. Qualifications Knowledge or experience with Agile Development and Azure Fundamentals. Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills. Awareness of DevOps environment. Experience with Testing / QA / UAT. Experience with Performance monitoring. Who are Solus and what can they do for you?
