Brook Street (UK) Limited is delighted to be recruiting a Full Time Goods in Coordinator for our client in Newry,
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* General housekeeping of parts store/goods in area
* Receipt of parts and completion of stock handling in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensure that goods are checked off in an accurate and timely manner and check for damages and quantity
* Accurate processing of all goods receipt paperwork
* Deliver stock to correct area of stores and place in correct locations
* Update company system to enable accurate stock level maintenance
* Return of parts in line with the Volvo warranty return procedure
* Assist with picking orders as required
* Assist with stocktaking as required
* Adhere to Company Health and Safety regulations
* Carrying out other duties relevant to the job role as required
Criteria
* Good communication skills - written and verbal
* Possess previous experience of working in a similar role, involving work in goods in /stores/parts environment
* Possess a working knowledge of good practice relating to Health & Safety regulations
* Must be IT literate
Desired Criteria
* Possession of a current forklift licence would be desirable - not essential
The core hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, however
