Senior Physiotherapist in Pelvic Health
part time 18.75hrs per week
Hull University Teaching Hospitals are seeking a Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to join our highly skilled Therapy Team specialising in the Pelvic Health.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in assessing and treating patients presenting with many different conditions and complex needs.
The post holder will gain experience, knowledge and skills in many specialist areas including obstetrics, urotherapy and gynaecology.
We are seeking people who can adapt to changing environment and work well in a team. You will be expected to be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and build social networks working in partnership with other agencies
The post would suit a band 5 physiotherapist who has completed their core rotations including musculoskeletal rotation or an experienced musculoskeletal senior physiotherapist who has an interest in specialising in Pelvic Health.
The post holder will be self-motivated and aspirational. They will deliver specialist physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions. They will provide diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme.
Support will be provided to enhance clinical and operational management skills and the post holder will contribute to service planning, development and teaching. As a Senior Physiotherapist, the post holder will be a role model for their team and pride themselves on delivering high quality care and motivate their team to do the same.
