You will lead the strategic direction of the school's construction programmes, ensuring alignment with the college's mission and industry standards. This role involves enhancing the school's reputation through partnerships and accreditations, and developing a dynamic curriculum that meets local, regional, and national needs. Fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, ensuring effective onboarding, teaching, and assessment strategies that support student success, you will also manage financial planning, marketing, and partnerships to support economic development, and build strong relationships with employers to ensure the curriculum is responsive to industry needs. What We’re Looking For: We need a dynamic individual with proven experience of building and leading high performing teams in construction and/ or an education setting, strong decision-making skills with a focus on clear and effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with employers, stakeholders, and the wider community to drive positive outcomes.
