Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales management or senior sales role
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
* Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
* Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance tools
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
