Role: Retail store assistant (with keyholder responsibility)
£12.21 per hour plus benefits
Reports to: Shop manager
Department: Trading
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 5 hours – Sundays only
Location: Stirling, 76 Shop

What will I be doing?
* Overseeing the shop on Sundays, including keyholder responsibilities (training provided), and supporting volunteers.
* Helping the shop team achieve sales and fundraising targets.
* Reviewing and processing donated goods and stock.
* Generating new income ideas with guidance from the Shop Manager.
* Providing excellent customer service to make supporters feel welcome.
* Maintaining shop standards on safeguarding, compliance, and health & safety.
* Performing manual handling and physical activities as part of daily duties.

* Adaptability to changing situations, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commercial awareness.
* Good relationship-building and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, understanding work-life balance.
