Job Description
* Leading and motivating the Purchase Ledger team.
* Reviewing and processing invoices and payments.
* Reviewing processes and seeing how they could be more efficient.
* Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and resolving any issues that arise.
* Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Being meticulous and organised in order to keep the team running efficiently.
* Contributing to the overall strategy and success of the Accounting & Finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Team Leader should have:
* Good understanding of sales and purchase ledger.
* Experience of managing a team.
* The ability to motivate and drive your agenda.
* Strong skills in numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
