WorkwithYorkshire are working with a client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Adviser Administrator to join their team based in York. This is a fulltime permanent role based in York, with hybrid working available.
Duties:
* Act as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
* Assist in gathering information to support the preparation of financial reports.
* Collect, update, and maintain client information and financial records within the CRM system.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers, including managing correspondence and filing.
Key skills and experience;
* Previous experience in a financial services or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Strong IT skills
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
