The role would be to work in school that provides education for young people who have severe and complex learning difficulties. A successful candidate would have: Experience supporting students with SEMH and SEND needs. Experience in an educational setting within the last 2 years. Experience working within education or care in the UK in the last 12 months. A passion for making a difference. A confident, caring, and assertive personality. What to expect: You will be supporting pupils with three different pathways which each student will following depending on their individual needs. This school follows a rich curriculum with uses sensory exploration to engage students with the world around them, there are aspects of learning that focus on action hands on learning involving Maths and English.
