As part of our growth and continued investment in engineering expertise, we are seeking a highly skilled HR & Training Administrator to join our small HR Team.
The Role
Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a dynamic role within HR and training? We're seeking a HR & Training Administrator to support our HR team with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across employee records, training, and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including letter writing and data input.
* Maintain and update employee records within the HR system.
* Act as a note-taker during HR meetings.
* Assist with the renewal of employee benefits schemes (e.g., private medical insurance, life assurance).
* Support recruitment, employee development, and succession planning processes.
* Generate monthly HR reports for senior management.
* Help coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives and calendar campaigns.
* Support the Training Lead in maintaining training records, arranging courses, and reconciling invoices.
* Organise meeting rooms and catering for onsite training sessions.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A strong team player who can build collaborative working relationships
* Ideally you will have a CIPD membership (or working towards it), opportunity for development and support to work towards a CIPD.
* Due to the remote location of our sites, a valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
