Migrant Help are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 Engineer to join our expanding and dedicated IT & Data department on a full time, permanent contract. in return you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. This is a home-based role (with travel to regional offices). The Dynamics 365 Engineer role: Working within our IT & Data department, you will play a vital role in providing technical support across the organisation to progress the Migrant Help Strategy of 2024-29 and thereafter. Due to our growth as an organisation and the decision made for IT & Data to take more responsibility for internal systems, multiple technical resources have been approved to help support our colleagues achieve successful outcomes for our clients. Working closely with the Head of IT and commercial teams, you will continually seek ways and opportunities to improve the service provided to our staff and clients. You will primarily be responsible for the management of support for our D365 solutions, providing 1st and 2nd line incident triage and management. Key responsibilities of our Dynamics 365 Engineer : Effective delivery of support and issue resolution, through quality knowledge of Microsoft D365 and the Power Platform products and services, with a particular focus on the CRM Customer Service module. Develop solutions to meet the customers' needs using D365 and the Power Platform suite. Support the full solution life cycle, contribution to solution design, software development and solution implementation. Integrate systems following proper process ensuring all requirements are met. Contribute to the change approval board (CAB). Develop strong Microsoft D365 and Power Platform product skills. Champion continuous service improvements using a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Be up to date with future features and improvements to suggest changes where appropriate. As a subject matter expert (SME), allow for generalised training to immediate colleagues. Skills and experience we are looking for in our Dynamics 365 Engineer: Experience of developing Microsoft D365 solutions that adhere to best practices, including hands-on experience in developing customised solutions and BAU support. Proficient in the Microsoft Power Platform, i.e. Flows, Model Driven Apps and Power Pages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across all levels, both internally and externally. Strong technical skills in Dynamics 365, including configuration, customisation, and integration. Strong analytical skills, able to analyse business processes and recommend improvements. What else to expect: This post is subject to Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and or Counter Terrorism Check. The team operates an on-call service, and you will be required to participate on a rotational basis. Due to the nature of this role, you will operate on a hybrid basis with a good mix of at-home and office working with regular travel required.
