Company & Role:
* The company you will be working with is a leading catering equipment especially in the Ice Cream & Gelato Machines.
* This is a replacement role due to the previous Business Development Manager progressing into National Accounts.
* As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for your own territory, which is north of M62 corridor.
* Managing your own diary, you will be on the road or working from home 5 days a week e.g. 2 days work from home if you have client meetings 3 days in the week.

* Lots of autonomy, not big on KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* You will be generating new business 70% of the time and managing 30% existing accounts. Marketing / Website Leads will support alongside your own self generation.
* F2F Meetings / Teams Meetings with clients.
* Managing existing relationships with repeat orders.
* Average deal value is £11k for 1 deal dependent on service/ product bought, target is £1mill turnover per annum.
Requirements
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Full Driving License.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales / account management.
* A strong drive to pursue new sales opportunities and own your territory.
* Exceptional customer service.
* Ability to work autonomously and travel when needed.
Salary & Benefits Package
* Up to £40,000 per annum.
* OTE £75k to £80k per annum, bonuses paid monthly.
