We are recruiting for a growing business, based in Telford, who are looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join the Internal Sales Team on a permanent basis. You will be maintaining satisfaction and management of the day-to-day customer account activity allowing commercial functions to be able to focus on growing and developing new business.
The Internal Account Manager will report into the Customer Experience Manager and will act as the interface between the operational aspects of the organisation and the customer with bi-directional feedback i.e. customer requirements filtering into the organisation and operational information feeding out of the organisation back to the customer. The quality and timeliness of this information is of the essence to ensure excellent customer service is reached.
Internal Account Manager Duties will include:
* Establish and develop relationships with both new and existing contacts within the allocated customer portfolio to determine customer’s needs, expectations, limitations, and requirements for the purpose of providing customer satisfaction.
* Handle purchase orders from inputting orders into the system to updating orders to reflect any changes. General order book maintenance.
