Rate of Pay: 18PAYE 22 Umbrella perhour
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring the effectiveoperation of Compliance Services including but not limited to dataentry and analysis record keeping and understanding servicespecific administrative tasks.
* Toreview M&E and Lifts records and raise relevant repairs andaction on appropriate systems. Monitor completion and chase whereactions are not completed within agreed timescales. Once actionsare completed ensure that records are updated to reflectthis.
* Upload supporting documentation todocument management systems following correct naming protocol.
* Proactively develop skills understanding andabilities in delivering compliance support services in order tocarry out standardised processes in a consistent and efficientmanner
* Deal professionally and effectively withall contacts from a Contractors and colleagues using tact anddiscretion assessing needs and redirecting enquiries whereappropriate.
* Deal with contractor and landlordenquiries and follow through to resolution ensuring allstakeholders are updated and the adequate audit trails are inplace.
Requirements:
* Experience of working within businesssupport/business administration/Educated to A Level standard/Level3 NVQ in businessadministration
* Experience in managingdelivery of M&E and Liftservices
* Experience of supporting change /efficiency initiatives.
* Working within abusiness support environment delivering high qualityservices.
* Strong communication skills andexperience.
* Strong IT/Technical skillsknowledge.
* Development of skills andknowledge.
* Experience of delivering highquality customer service/care.
