Digital Buildings Line of Business of Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role of Offer Marketing Leader – Services to lead the marketing transformation for EcoStruxure Building Services. This role can be based in United Kingdom or France.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Collaboration with League Leaders, Offer Managers, Segments & Strategy:
1. Value Proposition Development: Define and harmonize the value proposition across all Offer suites (HW, SW and Services), aligning customer personas and market trends with business objectives. Articulate how we solve real customer pain points.
2. Offer Positioning: Lead the development of a unified messaging framework that integrates the strengths of individual products into a cohesive narrative for the market.
3. Market Insights and Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the market by gathering insights from customers, competitors, and industry trends, and translating them into actionable recommendations for product teams.
4. Pricing strategy: Ensure best in class pricing strategy based on value, market insights and optimizing profitable growth.
5. Animate User Groups: Develop strategy and animation plan to engage various internal and external user-groups to improve feedback and feedforward communication.
2. Collaboration with Country Teams, Marcom, Commercial, Launch, Data and Digital leaders:
1. Operational Marketing: Drive offer adoption by ensuring high quality sales enablement, launch planning & execution. Work closely with country marketing teams and global marcom teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and demand generation strategies across regions.
2. Campaign Development and Execution: Provide strategic guidance and support to country teams in executing localized campaigns that drive demand and generate leads.
3. Content Development: Collaborate with marcom teams to create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, tailored to regional needs.
4. Digital Experience: Ensure best digital experience for our customers with high quality data and web presence.
5. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights to country and marcom teams.
3. Market-Facing Leadership:
1. Thought Leadership and Industry Positioning: Develop and promote thought leadership content, including white papers, blogs, and presentations, to establish the company as a trusted authority in the market.
2. Analyst Relations: Lead engagement with industry analysts to position the company’s solutions as market leaders and secure recognition in key reports and rankings.
3. Customer Success Stories: Oversee the creation of impactful case studies and success stories that highlight the value and ROI of the company’s solutions.
4. Event Strategy and Execution: Drive the strategy and execution of high-profile events, including trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences, to showcase the company’s solutions and engage with target audiences.
Desired Skills and Competencies
1. Solid experience in product marketing, with a focus on Systems and services business.
2. Strong preference for candidates with experience in the building industry or equivalent in industrial automation.
3. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can identify and seize new opportunities.
4. Proven ability to work within large organizations, collaborating across teams & functions to achieve shared goals.
5. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, impactful marketing content that resonates with target audiences.
6. Strategic thinking & planning skills, to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies.
7. Excellent at written & verbal communication, with ability to convey complex ideas in a clear & compelling manner.
8. Experience planning and executing successful events, including trade shows and webinars.
9. Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform marketing strategies.
