An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator based in Clevedon, North Somerset, to join a growing Technology Business on a Part Time basis - 30 hours per week.
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the delivery of customer orders to agreed requirements, working as a team and maintaining relationships with other departments.
Main Duties:
1. Administration for orders
2. Creating sales orders and raising invoices
3. Dealing with customer complaints
4. Responding to customer requests and keeping customers updated
5. Generating dispatch notes
6. General office admin tasks
Qualifications:
The successful Office Administrator will:
1. Have 2+ years experience in a similar role
2. Have a sales or customer service background
3. Be an effective communicator and team player
