We are now recruiting for a Supply Chain Compliance Officer to assume this full-time role, based from our head office coordinating and monitoring our construction and contractors supply chain approval activity across our business. This is not a logistics or a warehouse role, this position is all about ensuring our subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers are fully approved to work with us in line with industry regulations and company policies. In addition to this, as our Supply Chain Compliance Officer you will be responsible for: Acting as the central point of contact for supplier approvals and compliance across the business. Ensuring all suppliers meet PAS 91, Common Assessment Standard, and other industry standards before they are contracted. Managing our Supplier Management System, reviewing and finalising approvals, and processing new supplier records. Providing guidance and training to regional administrators on supplier approvals and compliance processes. Supporting the Compliance Manager in refining and improving internal systems. Collaborating with the Finance Team to maintain strong internal controls and process efficiencies. Upholding health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all supply chain activities. Supply Chain Compliance Officer - What we need from you: We welcome applications from an entry level candidate for this role, but it would be great if you had experience / knowledge of the following: Experience in supplier management, approvals, or compliance ideally in construction, property, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of quality and compliance standards (e.g., PAS 91, Common Assessment Standard). Confidence working with IT systems, databases, SharePoint, and Smartsheet (or similar platforms). Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work proactively. The ability to work across departments to drive best practices.
