About the Role: Handle complex litigation matters, including contested probate, breach of contract, property disputes, and commercial litigation. Work autonomously while achieving billing targets and delivering exceptional client care. Engage in networking and business development with support from a dedicated Business Development Manager. Join a team with a clear progression path and a focus on personal growth. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years’ experience in litigation. Proficiency in LEAP case management preferred. Proven track record of achieving career goals and billing targets. Self-motivated team player with leadership aspirations and excellent organizational skills. Professional, approachable, and passionate about client care. Managerial experience and ambition to progress to Director are advantageous.
