What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead recruitment efforts, including the selection and onboarding of apprentices, and work placements.
* Represent them at careers fairs, strengthen their employer brand, and nurture connections with educational institutions.
* Develop and align learning opportunities with career progression frameworks, ensuring employees grow and succeed.
* Oversee key moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
* Maintain alignment with employment laws and internal policies, embedding best practices across HR processes.
* Partner with cross-departmental teams to achieve organisational goals and cultivate a unified culture.
Who You Are
You thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and are passionate about creating meaningful HR solutions. With exceptional organisational skills, commercial acumen, and a proactive mindset, you bring:
* 3 years advisor level experience in professional services firm, ideally within a law.
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* A detail-oriented and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
