We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Production Operations to join Stannah’s rapidly growing dedicated Homelifts Business based in Andover.
This job will play a pivotal role in overseeing production, warehousing, and logistics functions to support the growth and dynamic needs of our Homelifts division, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality outputs.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader in production operations, warehousing, or logistics to drive strategic improvements, optimise workflows, and shape the future of our operations and ensure operational excellence to support the continued growth and success of Stannah Homelifts.
To be successful as the Head of Production Operations, it is essential that you have previous experience in managing production workflows, inventory, and logistics within manufacturing. Experience in ERP systems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives is also required.
Head of Production Operations Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a production strategy aligned with business goals as we scale the business.
* Develop robust processes to handle fluctuating demand, seasonal variations, and market requirements.
* Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing production, warehousing, and logistics teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
* Optimise production workflows, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality driving continuous improvement activities.
* Oversee warehousing operations for efficient inventory management, optimisations, and coordination.
* Lead logistics teams to deliver on-time, cost-effective product delivery.
* Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Head of Production Operations Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in production, warehousing, or logistics management.
* Proficiency with production planning tools, warehouse management systems, and ERP software.
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
