We’re on the hunt for an Administrator to support a busy team within a educational establishment - helping to manage student & employer requests, coordination, allocation and keep things running smoothly P/T Hours can be flexible to suit the individual, 2-3 days, up to 24 hours per week. Office based on the outskirts of Norwich city centre, free parking offered on site. ASAP start, offered as a fixed term contract till 31st July 2025 -FTE salary £24-25000 DOE. The day to day Checking in-house booking system for request. Logging and prioritising requests in Excel. Assigning placement requests to the team. Managing other related checks - sending, tracking, and following up. Handling shared inboxes and responding to queries. General admin support and assisting with progress reports. Willing to assist the team in general through a period of increased workload. You will have/be Able to fulfill the full term of the contract. Previous administration experience. Good all round MS skills, including Excel and Word. Accurate records management skills. Effective team member. Diligence and reliability.
