Learning Disability Regional Manager – Conway Group Healthcare

Our Specialist Services division is dedicated to delivering outstanding person-centred care for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. We are growing and looking for a dynamic Specialist Services Manager to help lead and shape the future of our services.
Your Role:
As Learning Disability Regional Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our staff's capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of care across our specialist facilities. You will be responsible for:
* Delivering Safety Intervention Training and Learning Disability & Autism Training to staff across our specialist services.
* Developing and overseeing training programmes that are meaningful, practical, and person-centred, enabling staff to confidently support service users.
* Equipping staff to provide in-reach support in hospital settings and facilitating smooth transitions for individuals moving into our Residential and Supported Living services.
* Assisting the Specialist Services Director and Assistant Director in the setup of new Specialist Residential and Supported Living services, ensuring they meet regulatory and care standards.
* Supporting the review and development of policies and procedures for our Specialist Residential and Supported Living services.
* Working collaboratively with leadership in our Supported Living Services for adults, providing guidance and expertise where needed.
About The Role
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong background in specialist care services, ideally with experience in Learning Disability and Autism support.
* Proven experience in training delivery and staff development.
* Passion for person-centred care and inclusive practice.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
This role is based throughout Northern Ireland so travel will be required.
Salary: Attractive Remuneration package.
