The Global Liquidity Management team is responsible for developing innovative cash management solutions. You will be responsible for the design, execution and management of Notional Pooling and physical Cash Concentration. The development, execution, and day to day management within the Cash Concentration and Notional Pooling product suites to ensure the business develops and maintains delivery of the market viable, regulatory compliant, and risk-controlled solutions for the EMEA Region. From product development, commercialisation, and product management. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Product Management: Day-to-day management of product activities across Cash Concentration and Notional Pooling. Coordinate with Implementation team on setting up liquidity structures. Engage Operations team to resolve all production related issues and Technology team to manage technical releases. Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiencies of processes. Ensure understanding, identification, and management of risk review of Products, attributes and client segments utilising these products. Actively identify, manage, and remediate any risk issues and develop action plans as necessary. Proactively contribute to regular product risk and compliance reviews. Produce and monitor daily and monthly reports of key performance indicators (KPI) to manage and drive Product P&L revenue target and identify emerging balance and revenue trends. Product Development & Commercialisation: Identify new products and enhancements required to existing products. Management of product development throughout the development life cycle and adherence to risk & compliance guidelines. Support new Business initiatives process as required. Execute ready for launch plan for new products/product enhancements within the region and ensure execution of post-implementation activities to monitor product performance. Develop and drive commercialisation strategy for product suite as part of wider value proposition. Develop collateral, contribute to the creation and delivery of training on product mechanics, positioning and selling guidelines. Ensure internal marketing material is comprehensive, up to date and ensure global alignment as required. Develop a ready to launch plan which includes internal and external marketing communications for new initiatives and/or enhancements. Provide insights on market developments and trends. What we are looking for Banking knowledge, including thorough understanding of liquidity management, including liquidity structures, interest rates and foreign exchange strategy. P revious experience in liquidity products, and cash management solutions, including Cash Concentration and Notional Pooling. Ability to drive revenue opportunities for products across client base as well as client strategy. Experience in developing business marketing and communication strategy. Proven successful track record of new product development and solid understanding of product lifecycle methodology. Good understanding of the risks related to liquidity products and solutions. Knowledge of tax and regulatory landscape related to liquidity in EMEA. Ability to foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, driving and maintaining relationships and partnering with product leads across the product development lifecycle. Strong financial, analytical, and strategic skills. Proven product, operational or business management experience. Effective project management skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong presentation, consultative and relationship skills.
