TQR is working in partnership with a premium hotel group to recruit a Breakfast Chef/Chef de Partie for a stunning countryside hotel near Leiston. This job presents the opportunity to work with fresh food from local suppliers, cooking seasonal specials and working in a beautiful location.

As a Breakfast Chef/Chef de Partie you will be required to:
1. Be happy working the early shift till after lunch service
2. Be confident and able to run one or more sections in the kitchen
3. Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served to the highest standards
4. Be able to work effectively in a team with great communication
5. Follow high standards of Food Hygiene and follow Health & Safety guidelines at all times
6. Follow direction from the Head & Sous Chefs
7. Have a passion for cooking and food
