We’re looking for a talented Senior Information Security Analyst to join our security team at Charities Aid Foundation (CAF).
What you’ll do
At CAF, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Senior Information Security Analyst you too will play an integral part in what we do.
The role supports a multi-disciplinary security team in which all analysts will work on a mixture of security operations, assurance, and governance activities, with significant cross-training. To support this model, we are looking for a senior information security analyst with a range of experience which may include security operations, vulnerability management and security assurance, risk management and security governance, or project security consultancy.
As our Senior Information Security Analyst you will:
* Lead first and second line security operations including vulnerability management
* Investigate security incidents
* Maintain policies and procedures in line with evolving industry best practice
* Assure CAF security controls are functioning effectively
* Actively promote Information Security including education and awareness throughout CAF
* Assist with team leadership activity
* Mentor and support junior members of the team
* Work as part of a 24x7 support rota
Who you’ll be
This role is for you if you have experience of working in Information or Cyber Security and are keen to make a difference to society. We are looking for:
* Significant experience of working in a security related role, with demonstrable experience in some of the required specialisms
* A demonstrable passion and enthusiasm for security with a willingness to learn
* A strong understanding of Risk Assessment frameworks and methodologies
* The ability to explain complex security issues in a fashion that could be understood by non-technical people.
* Proactive self-starters with an eye for detail and a strong customer focus.
