I'm looking for either an experienced MAA or existing AM to join an amazing team.
As an Assistant Merchandiser, you'll support the Merchandiser in daily departmental operations, focusing on sales, margin, and OTB targets. Your role includes analysing data, collaborating with teams (Buying, Retail, Ecommerce, Warehouse), and working with external vendors. Strong commercial insight, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are key.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Update reports, analyse sales performance, suggest actions, collaborate on stock availability, and assist with markdown proposals.
2. Support company strategy, meet deadlines, prepare insights for range meetings, and ensure timely product launches.
3. Manage data accuracy, raise Purchase Orders, and support administrative tasks.
4. Understand brand positioning, monitor competitors, and seek ways to improve processes.
Key Skills:
1. Advanced Excel (sumif, Pivot tables, Sumif) and data analysis
2. Strong numeracy, communication, and collaboration
3. 2+ years of Head Office merchandising experience at either MAA or AM
4. Commercial acumen and organisational skills
5. Spanish language skills a plus.
