They are seeking a dynamic individual to establish and manage their operational foundation, provide technical support, and lead administrative functions. This role will report to the UK Country Manager and play a key role in supporting the sales team and our customers. Key Responsibilities Establish and manage office operations, procedures, and workflows. Oversee inventory, logistics, and supply chain functions. Collaborate with global headquarters on operational matters. Create and maintain operational budgets, sales reports, and performance metrics. Provide technical assistance to internal teams and customers. Coordinate with manufacturers on product inquiries. Maintain a technical product knowledge database. Manage CRM and ERP systems. Oversee office facilities and equipment. Required Qualifications 5 years of operations management experience in a small to medium-sized company. Proficiency with ERP systems and sales management software. Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
