We are seeking a skilled Account Manager who will be responsible for retaining and growing our customers from the onboarding phase through to annual renewal. The ideal candidate will have a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience, listening to their customers to understand their goals and concerns.
The successful candidate will create and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships and develop additional business opportunities. They will also liaise with cross-functional, global internal teams to improve the entire customer experience and negotiate new terms and pricing at the point of renewal using the renewal process.

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
2. Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
