Our client looking for a dedicated Senior Medical Liaison Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique blend of field-based and office-based responsibilities, allowing you to be the medical and scientific ambassador in the field while also contributing significantly to strategic medical affairs projects. Key Responsibilities: Field/Customer-Facing (50%): Develop and execute a strategic territory and KME engagement plan, fostering strong relationships with key healthcare professionals. Serve as the primary medical-scientific contact, delivering aligned communication through 1:1 and group interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business plans and field activities, including market access. Present expert speaker modules in commercial settings and provide support to the Medical Information department for complex inquiries. Capture and consolidate medical insights to inform regional strategies and activities. Coordinate collaborative research and investigator-initiated studies, managing all aspects from submission to study close-out. Stay abreast of the latest scientific developments in relevant therapeutic areas by attending congresses and reviewing literature. Project/Office-Based Medical Affairs (50%): Contribute to strategic brand and portfolio planning, developing and implementing medical tactical plans. Lead scientific projects aligned with the medical strategy, including medical education, advisory boards, and symposia. Support product access initiatives through health technology appraisals, special access arrangements, and real-world evidence projects. Participate in internal training programs, enhancing the knowledge and skills of various teams. Provide ABPI review and examination of communication materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry codes and internal SOPs, acting as a compliance mentor. Who You Are: You are a proactive, experienced professional with a deep understanding of Medical Affairs and related fields. Your leadership skills, coupled with excellent communication and project management abilities, enable you to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You are driven by a commitment to advancing medical science and improving patient outcomes. Required Skills: Advanced scientific degree or medical/pharmacy qualification (PharmD, PhD, MBChB, or equivalent). Bachelor's, Master's, or nursing qualifications may be considered with relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years in field medical affairs (MLM), or 4 years for Senior MLM, including both field and office-based experience. Experience in therapeutic areas such as Neurology, Immunology and Rare Diseases. Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills. Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Research, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, and Pharmaceutical Compliance. Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Autonomous project management and event organization skills.
