After winning numerous major advertising contract awards, Webrecruit has developed a strong market position, a clear trajectory and exciting growth plans. As part of our planned expansion, we are now seeking an Account Executive to support on digital recruitment advertising campaigns.
The Recruitment / Account Executive is expected to join our team for a 12 month contract which has the real potential to extend into a permanent position upon the achievement of our future growth plans.
The Role
As a Recruitment / Account Executive, you will play a vital role in the delivery of recruitment solutions to a host of our clients, many of which are based in Wales.
Specifically, working alongside our Sales Department, you will primarily be involved in account management activities, supporting clients on a day-to-day basis and ensuring the success of their recruitment advertising campaigns.
As a key member of our Client Services department, you will also support other activities and, once trained, you will assist with advert production alongside our Copywriters and advert posting activities.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting clients throughout the advertising journey from inception through to close and follow-up
- Utilising our Salesforce CRM to record client activity
- Setting up and managing vacancies
- Reviewing and filtering applications (CV sifting)
- Creating impactful and attractive job adverts
- Using your administrative experience to post vacancies on a range of job boards
- Supporting onboarding processes for new clients
About You
To be considered as our next Recruitment / Account Executive, you will need:
- Previous recruitment experience
- Previous experience in a client or customer-facing role
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- Passion, client-focus and attention to detail
- To be commercially and creatively astute
- An organised approach and great time management skills
