Key Responsibilities:\n\n * Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including orginasing recruitment meeting, note taking, documentation, and tracking candidates.\n\n * Liaise with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment flow.\n\n * Assist in optimizing recruitment systems and tools to improve efficiency.\n\n * Collaborate with the HR Director to enhance and streamline the end-to-end recruitment cycle.\n\n * Support initiatives aimed at improving candidate experience and employer branding.\n\n * Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports for analysis and process improvement.\n\nRequirement:\n\n * Mandarin Speaker\n\n * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\n * Proven experience in recruitment administration or coordination.\n\n * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).\n\n * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\n\nWhat we offer\n\n * 33 days annual leave entitlement per year (including UK public holidays)\n\n * Group Personal Pension\n\n * Life insurance\n\n * Private medical insurance\n\n * Medical expense claim scheme\n\n * Employee Assistance Program\n\n * Cycle to work scheme\n\n * Company sports club and social events\n\n * Additional time off for learning and developmen
