An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated andorganised Executive Assistant to join a thriving, family-ownedbusiness based in Quedgeley, near Junction 12 of the M5. This rolewill support the Founder in daily operations and play an essentialpart in the smooth running of the team.
Thisposition is ideal for someone with some administrative experiencewho is ready to step up to an Executive Assistant role, bringingconfidence, organisational skills, and a positive attitude. If youre a born organiser with a talent for keeping things on track, thiscould be the perfect role for you!
Salary: 20,000 to 28,000 per annum(depending on experience)
Location: Quedgeley, with on-siteparking
Days: Monday toFriday (Office based)
KeyResponsibilities:
* Provide generaladministrative support to the Founder, assisting with daily tasksand business operations.
* Manage the Founder scalendar, including scheduling appointments and organisingmeetings.
* Arrange travel and accommodationbookings, including coordinating travelitineraries.
* Attend networking events andmeetings with the Founder to support relationshipbuilding.
* Answer phone calls and handlecorrespondence professionally, redirecting asnecessary.
* Maintain and update records, performdata entry, and prepare basic reports.
* Organiseinternal meetings, manage logistics, and arrange refreshments whenneeded.
* Coordinate staff social events andassist with event planning for thecompany.
* Assist with document preparation andminor financial administration tasks, including spreadsheetupdates.
Requirements:
* Someexperience in an administrative or assistant role (ideally 1 yearor more).
* Competent with Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Organisationalskills with attention to detail and a proactiveapproach.
* Good communication skills, bothwritten and verbal.
* Ability to manage multipletasks, prioritise effectively, and meetdeadlines.
