What role will you play?
In this role, you will engage with stakeholders, internal support teams, and external service providers to enhance the operating model, create efficiencies, and reduce risk. You will manage end-to-end processes for running funds, including investor reporting, cash management, financial reporting, tax reporting, and compliance, while working closely with various teams and investors globally. You will be involved in significant business transactions, such as distributions to investors, asset acquisitions, and asset realizations, and serve as the primary contact for internal and external relationships. The MAM Enterprise Fund Management team provides finance oversight and accounting advisory support for transactions, manages treasury and capital planning, oversees quarterly valuations and NAV calculations, supports new fund setups, and collaborates on innovative digital solutions and AI technologies. You will also present at board meetings, providing detailed information and analysis, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and other reporting obligations.
What you offer
* Qualified chartered accountant with at least 4 years post-qualification experience, preferably in the alternative asset management or private equity industry
* Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously through complex fund structures and transactions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at various levels
* Ability to work well under pressure, organized and diligent, capable of leading multiple deadlines while mentoring junior team members
* Demonstrable experience in automation and digitalization efforts
