Manage orders from enquiry through to post-hire feedback, taking ownership of the customer journey. Build and nurture strong relationships with regular customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs. Utilise product knowledge to advise customers Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively to resolve queries in line with company policies. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and performance. Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Pick up ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, paperwork and more.
