About the Role:
Our world renowned tech client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to senior leaders and their teams, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the group.
Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination.
* Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
* Procurement & Logistics:Order and manage hardware, peripherals, office supplies, and other necessary resources.
* Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipping logistics for team members.
* Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including IT setup, account provisioning, and necessary paperwork.
* Assist with the offboarding process for departing employees.
* Office Management:Manage office space and coordinate office moves as needed.
* Assist with space planning and ensure a comfortable and productive work environment.
* Team Support:Manage team aliases, distribution lists, and security groups.
* Collaborate with the morale committee to plan and execute team-building events, especially within a hybrid work environment.
* Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent and efficient support experiences for the team.
Qualifications:
* Sufficient years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
* Proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
