HR Assistant - Part Time - Permanent

Duties:
* Supporting the human resources department by providing comprehensive services including replying to correspondence via telephone and email, scheduling appointments, administration, data input, organising meetings, and maintaining records and information.
* Coordinating appointments.
* Processing attendance records.
* Submitting employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data.
* Maintaining employee confidentiality.
Criteria:
* Experience in a similar, recent HR Admin role.
* Strong admin & IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
