Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in North of England. The Business Development Manager will ideally have a Marine Mooring background and be responsible for Scotland & Ireland identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing business strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research within the Mooring & Marine sector.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and implement business strategies
* Experience with client relationship management and customer service
* Knowledge of the industrial, construction, and utilities markets is a plus
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
