If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an L&D AdvisorAs our Learning & Development Advisor, you will be part of a vital team taking ownership of all non-operational and operational L&D and Training needs across our business.You will be working in close partnership with senior business leaders and L&D Manager to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions for the business across all stages of the employee learning cycle and encourage high performance.In particular, this role will focus on the development and implementation of learning interventions within technical systems, processes, compliance and regulation, and successfully implementing the learning in accordance with the varying needs of our internal functions and departments. The role also concentrates on developing robust networks with our many external learning partners, including regulatory, professional and accrediting bodies, to integrate relevant learning, qualifications and CPD provision to enhance the skills, knowledge and competence of NewLaw staff at all levels.
