Salary: Up to £33,000 basic + £55,000 OTE

The Role:
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying process from initial enquiry to completion. You will work from our marketing suite, handling all sales enquiries, conducting viewings, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively manage and respond to customer enquiries.
2. Conduct show home viewings and provide detailed information about our developments.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, ensuring a seamless sales journey.
4. Negotiate sales and guide customers through the reservation and contract process.
5. Work closely with the construction and marketing teams to stay informed on development progress.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service.
7. Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or a similar sales environment.
2. A strong passion for property and delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. A proactive and driven attitude, with the ability to work independently.
5. Experience using CRM systems and sales software.
6. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
