We have an exciting opportunity for Band 6 Mental Health Nurses to join the Older Adults community team based in Coventry and Warwickshire. We are a developing team committed to providing excellent patient care, we are proactive in embedding and utilising multidisciplinary roles to provide recovery and outcome focussed interventions for individuals within the service.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team using evidence-based approaches in the delivery of interventions. This includes key working a caseload of service users.
The successful candidate will receive support, managerial and professional supervision from the line managers in the service. Peer support and CPD opportunities are also available and actively encouraged. The post is a substantive position.
This is a county wide service across Coventry and Warwickshire. We have vacancies available within Coventry, North Warwickshire and South Warwickshire, the successful candidate will be able to be based predominately within one area, but will need to be able to work across locality covering all three areas when needed.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential in this role.
