Position Overview:
To support our growth within the UK, particularly in the Manned Guarding division, we are recruiting a Business Development Manager with proven experience in our service sectors.
Products and Services Offered:
* Security Guards
Key Responsibilities:
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
* Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients.
* CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and sales processes.
* Brand and Marketing: Promote our brand and services through channels such as LinkedIn.
* Quote Generation: Prepare and present quotes using our cost model system.
* Tender Submissions: Manage and submit tenders for new business opportunities.
* Security Surveys: Conduct security surveys to assess client needs.
* Presentations: Deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations to clients.
* Communication: Communicate effectively with prospective customers and colleagues at all levels.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the Security industry.
* Skills:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Positive attitude, determination, and resilience.
* Ability to source and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.
* Warm, outgoing, and vibrant personality.
* Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Requirements:
* Driving Licence (required).
* Willingness to travel (75% travel required).
* Salary: £37,500 per year, with the potential for additional commission and bonuses.
* Company Car: New company car provided.
