Burford, Oxfordshire£26,500 - £30,000 pa with an OTE of £40,000 to £45,000 pa. We are recruiting a Senior Negotiator to join a dynamic and well-established estate agency in Burford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for property sales to carve out their patch in the thriving Cotswold and Oxfordshire markets. Key Responsibilities: Building strong, lasting relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service at all times. Driving business development and actively seeking opportunities to grow your portfolio in the local market. Carrying out property valuations (preferred but not essential). Conducting property viewings, negotiations, and securing sales and lets. Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth process from initial offer to completion. Maintaining a professional and entrepreneurial spirit to excel in a competitive marketplace. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in property sales, with a track record of achieving targets. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport easily. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to establish yourself as a trusted local expert. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle high-value transactions. Knowledge of the Cotswold/Oxfordshire property market is desirable but not essential. Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
