You will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of the Risk Management Framework.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Project Lead to join our team on a Fixed term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure the company's operations run smoothly
and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities as Risk Management Project Lead - FTC:
Delivery of the risk management strategy
Conduct risk and controls assurance reviews
Collaborate with various departments to embed risk management best practice in the first line
Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure clear communication flows.
Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
Skills and experience you need as Risk Management Project Lead - FTC:
Experience of embedding Risk Management Frameworks into first line, driving change where required through influence and collaboration
Professional certification in risk management preferred (e.g., CRM).
The ability to lead, influence and motivate others to drive change in the 1st line of defence.
A strong foundation in risk management principles, methodologies, and tools including developing and embedding risk management and control frameworks, risk appetite and risk and controls assurance best practice.
Clear and effective communication to convey risk-related information to stakeholders at all levels. This includes both written and verbal communication.
Efficiently managing time and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Making informed and timely decisions to keep the change process on track.
Inspiring and motivating a team to embrace and drive change.
Experience of coaching individuals on both technical and soft skills.
