The role:
1. The prime purpose of this role is to ensure that the project produces the required products and outcomes within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope and risk.
2. The Project Manager is also responsible for the project producing a result capable of achieving the benefits defined in the Business Case.
3. The Role owns delivery of all assigned projects - The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Project Owner, Board or Steerco within the constraints laid down by them.
4. The role is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units, whist owning the full project lifecycle. The role will be responsible for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects (typically greater than 12 months, with significant business or high-profile impact, high-risk dependencies, and medium to large size teams) to meet business objectives.
5. Successful delivery will include full implementation from Business Case refinement and from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
6. We are ideally look for someone with more 7 years of Project Management experience
7. Previous SAP HR experience is an advantage
